- was from Paris then Mory-Montcrux in France.


Other Information
- she was the mother of Madame Piantoni, with whom she lived in Mory-Montcrux.
In a letter to the artist on life in the village, a friend wrote

"The old lady is wonderful, she can darn better than I can, not deaf, out gleaning all day & yet she must be over 85 ...

... her Duchesse air got the heart of a jeweller, M. Saint Marouce & he married her, but died 6 months later ..."
